📞 (630) 592-2982TV Mounting in O'Hare
Best known for the airport that shares its name, but the O'Hare community area also has a residential pocket on its east side, mostly apartment and condo buildings. We service the whole area, no matter how close you are to the runways.
Same published prices as everywhere else we serve: $100 for TVs up to 55″, $125 for 56″–74″ and $150 for 75″ and up, with mounting hardware included and no trip fee for O'Hare. Bigger TVs take more care to lift and level, so we price in three simple size steps, published up front. The wall still doesn't change the price, except tile (+$50). On a 75″ or larger TV, lend a hand with the lift at no charge, or we bring a second installer for +$75 per visit. Every install carries our lifetime warranty — if a TV we mounted ever comes loose, sags or goes off level, we come back and fix it free — and we're insured. Optional add-ons like a tilting or full-motion mount, in-wall wire concealment, or soundbar mounting are available if you want them.

Homes in O'Hare
Outside the airport itself, the O'Hare community area has newer housing than most of Chicago, since the city only annexed it in the 1950s. A lot of it is condo and apartment complexes, with a smaller share of single-family homes. That means drywall far more often than plaster. Mid-rise and high-rise buildings may have concrete or block walls in places, and interior partitions are often metal studs, which need toggle-style anchors instead of wood screws. We check every wall before drilling, and the right hardware for each type is included in the base price.
Just Moved to O'Hare?
The first weeks in a new O'Hare-area condo fill up with small appointments: internet, deliveries, the building's move-in paperwork. The TVs can be one item that's done in a single trip. One visit covers the living room, the primary bedroom, a second bedroom used as an office, and a den or loft if your unit has one. In a building with a reserved elevator, line it up close to your move-in date, and ask management what they need from a contractor; a COI is available on request. Put every TV on the same booking.

While We're There — Hourly Add-Ons
Shelves, pictures, or furniture assembly during the same visit — $80/hr, billed on site in 1-hour increments. Not included in the install total below.
Is Any Of This Going On Tile?
Tile is the one wall that costs extra — $50 per TV. It destroys drill bits, and it's the only surcharge we have. Plaster, brick and metal studs are all normal Chicago walls and stay included.
