Chicago & North Suburbs · Up To 5 TVs Per Booking
NEW HOME?
EVERY TV, ONE VISIT
The boxes are half unpacked and every TV in the place is leaning against a wall. Book them all at once and we mount the lot in a single visit: living room, primary bedroom, basement, kids' rooms, office. Same published price per TV as a single install, from $100 by size, each one under our lifetime warranty.
Why one visit beats five
Most people who move into a new place mount one TV the first weekend, then live with the rest on dressers and floors for months. Doing them all at once is simply easier:
- One appointment to plan around. One morning or afternoon, not five separate times taking off work or waiting for a van.
- Wiring decided once. If you want cables hidden in the wall, we plan every run together, so the living room, bedroom and basement all end up looking finished.
- Done before the furniture. It is far easier to place a TV on an empty wall and set the couch or bed to it than to work around a room that is already arranged.
- Condo buildings, one booking. Many high-rises want a certificate of insurance and an elevator reservation for contractors. Arrange it once and every TV gets done in that window.
What a typical move-in job costs
There is no package and no bundle markup. Every TV is priced exactly as it would be on its own, and the booking form adds them up as you go. Here is one example of a four-TV house:
- Living room, 65″ on a full-motion mount with in-wall wiring and a soundbar: $125 + $100 + $60 + $60 = $345
- Primary bedroom, 55″ on a tilting mount: $100 + $50 = $150
- Basement, 75″ on your own mount with in-wall wiring, you help with the lift: $150 + $60 = $210
- Kid's room, 43″ on a fixed mount: $100 + $50 = $150
Total: $855, no trip fee. Bring your own mounts and the mount line drops to $0. Prefer not to help lift the 75″? A second installer is +$75 for the whole visit, not per TV. Tile is the only wall that costs extra (+$50 per TV); plaster, brick, concrete and metal studs are all included.
Where the TVs usually go
Every home is different, but in Chicago and the north suburbs the same rooms come up again and again:
- Over the fireplace. Common in bungalows, Georgians and suburban family rooms. A standard mount puts the screen too high for comfortable viewing; a MantelMount pull-down brings it to eye level when you're watching and lifts it out of the way when you're not.
- The finished basement. Usually the biggest screen in the house, often with surround sound. A good time to run speaker wire before the room fills up.
- Bedrooms. Tilting mounts help when the TV sits high on the wall across from the bed.
- Kitchen, office, patio or sunroom. Smaller screens, often on a full-motion arm so they can turn toward where you are.
Not sure what goes where? Tell us the rooms in the notes or on the phone and we'll suggest sizes and mounts before we come.
While we're there
A new place usually needs more than TVs. During the same visit we can hang shelves, mirrors and pictures or assemble furniture at $80/hour. We also set up soundbars and surround sound, Ubiquiti whole-home Wi-Fi, security cameras and Home Assistant smart homes, all of which are easiest to plan before the walls are full. Mention it when you book and we'll quote it alongside the TVs.
Every TV we mount carries our lifetime install warranty: if one ever comes loose, sags or goes off level, we come back and fix it free for as long as you own that TV in that home.
Moving in soon? Book every TV in one go
The booking form takes up to five TVs, each with its own size, mount and wiring choice, and shows the total before you send it. More than five, or a whole-house plan with sound and Wi-Fi? Call or text and we'll work it out with you.
