Home to North Park University and quiet residential streets along the North Branch of the Chicago River. A mix of bungalows and post-war homes means we come prepared for anything.
Same published prices as everywhere else we serve: $100 for TVs up to 55″, $125 for 56″–74″ and $150 for 75″ and up, with mounting hardware included and no trip fee for North Park. Bigger TVs take more care to lift and level, so we price in three simple size steps, published up front. The wall still doesn't change the price, except tile (+$50). On a 75″ or larger TV, lend a hand with the lift at no charge, or we bring a second installer for +$75 per visit. Every install carries our lifetime warranty — if a TV we mounted ever comes loose, sags or goes off level, we come back and fix it free — and we're insured. Optional add-ons like a tilting or full-motion mount, in-wall wire concealment, or soundbar mounting are available if you want them.

Homes in North Park
Among North Park's post-war houses you'll find brick raised ranches and Georgians from the middle of the last century. In a raised ranch, the living room sits half a flight up and the family room half a flight down, often against concrete or block foundation walls that were later finished with drywall. Upstairs walls may be plaster or drywall, depending on the year and any remodels. We test each wall before drilling, mount into studs on framed walls, use masonry anchors where the foundation is solid behind the finish, and plan wire runs around the change in floor levels.
Just Moved to North Park?
Raised ranches split a house into two TV zones. Upstairs are the living room and two or three bedrooms; downstairs are the family room and maybe a spare room for guests or an office. In many of these homes the big TV lands downstairs and each upstairs bedroom gets a smaller one, which can add up to five fast. Doing every room in one visit means less disruption during a move that already has plenty, and the wires get run while the rooms are still clear. Tally the rooms, then book them together; the form allows up to five TVs.

While We're There — Hourly Add-Ons
Shelves, pictures, or furniture assembly during the same visit — $80/hr, billed on site in 1-hour increments. Not included in the install total below.
Is Any Of This Going On Tile?
Tile is the one wall that costs extra — $50 per TV. It destroys drill bits, and it's the only surcharge we have. Plaster, brick and metal studs are all normal Chicago walls and stay included.
