One of the city's most wooded and spacious community areas, including the Sauganash neighborhood's larger lots and newer construction. Bigger homes sometimes mean bigger TVs, and our three size-based prices are published up front, so you know the number before we arrive.
Same published prices as everywhere else we serve: $100 for TVs up to 55″, $125 for 56″–74″ and $150 for 75″ and up, with mounting hardware included and no trip fee for Forest Glen. Bigger TVs take more care to lift and level, so we price in three simple size steps, published up front. The wall still doesn't change the price, except tile (+$50). On a 75″ or larger TV, lend a hand with the lift at no charge, or we bring a second installer for +$75 per visit. Every install carries our lifetime warranty — if a TV we mounted ever comes loose, sags or goes off level, we come back and fix it free — and we're insured. Optional add-ons like a tilting or full-motion mount, in-wall wire concealment, or soundbar mounting are available if you want them.

Homes in Forest Glen
Sauganash is known for its brick and stone Tudor-style homes, and Edgebrook has older houses on winding streets near the forest preserves, with mid-century homes filling in much of the rest of Forest Glen. Tudors bring their own quirks: thick plaster walls, arched doorways that limit where a TV can sit, and large masonry fireplaces that are often the natural focus of the living room. Brick and stone take masonry anchors, and both are included in the base price. Newer houses and additions are drywall, which makes in-wall wiring for a family room or basement straightforward.
Just Moved to Forest Glen?
A new owner in Forest Glen might be looking at five TV spots before the boxes are open: the living room, the family room, the primary bedroom, a finished basement, and a screened porch or patio for summer. If the basement is headed toward a theater room, the mounting, the soundbar or surround sound, and the wiring can be planned in the same visit, so nobody has to drill in there twice. Get it all scheduled before the rugs and furniture arrive. The booking form takes up to 5 TVs.

While We're There — Hourly Add-Ons
Shelves, pictures, or furniture assembly during the same visit — $80/hr, billed on site in 1-hour increments. Not included in the install total below.
Is Any Of This Going On Tile?
Tile is the one wall that costs extra — $50 per TV. It destroys drill bits, and it's the only surcharge we have. Plaster, brick and metal studs are all normal Chicago walls and stay included.
