My courtyard condo has a decorative fireplace that doesn't work. Can the TV go above it?
Often, yes. The chimney breast is usually brick behind the plaster, and with masonry anchors it holds a mount well at no extra charge. The main limit is height, since a TV above a mantel can end up too high to watch comfortably. A MantelMount pull-down mount solves that by lowering the screen when you're watching. Cables usually go in a raceway, because they can't run inside the brick.

Yes, it just takes two people. A TV that size is awkward on stairs and needs two sets of hands to lift onto the mount. If you or a friend can help lift, there's no extra charge. If not, add a second installer for $75 per visit, which covers every 75″ or larger TV on that appointment.
