Home to the Leaning Tower of Niles, a genuine half-scale replica of the Leaning Tower of Pisa built in the 1930s — alongside plenty of solid brick ranch and split-level homes we mount TVs in regularly.
Same published prices as everywhere else we serve: $100 for TVs up to 55″, $125 for 56″–74″ and $150 for 75″ and up, with mounting hardware included and no suburban premium for Niles. Bigger TVs take more care to lift and level, so we price in three simple size steps, published up front. The wall still doesn't change the price, except tile (+$50). On a 75″ or larger TV, lend a hand with the lift at no charge, or we bring a second installer for +$75 per visit. Every install carries our lifetime warranty — if a TV we mounted ever comes loose, sags or goes off level, we come back and fix it free — and we're insured. Optional add-ons like a tilting or full-motion mount, in-wall wire concealment, or soundbar mounting are available if you want them.

Homes in Niles
In Niles, the first thing to sort out is house or condo. On the residential streets it's mostly single-family brick homes from the 1950s and 60s, with interior walls of plaster or early drywall over wood studs, and in many of them a lower-level family room where the big TV ends up. Then there are the condo and apartment complexes along Milwaukee Avenue and around Golf Mill, where walls can be drywall on metal studs or poured concrete. Metal studs get toggle anchors rated for the TV's weight, and concrete gets concrete anchors. We confirm which you have before drilling anything.
Just Moved to Niles?
Moving into a Niles house usually means a living room TV, one in the primary bedroom and one downstairs in the family room. Add a guest room or a kid's room and you're at four; a home office makes five. In a condo the list is shorter, but timing matters more: many buildings ask contractors to use the service elevator at set times, so one scheduled visit is easier on everyone than four separate ones. Doing everything together also means one round of drywall dust and a single wiring plan for every room. Book every TV in one go.

Shelves, pictures, or furniture assembly during the same visit — $80/hr, billed on site in 1-hour increments. Not included in the install total below.
Is Any Of This Going On Tile?
Tile is the one wall that costs extra — $50 per TV. It destroys drill bits, and it's the only surcharge we have. Plaster, brick and metal studs are all normal Chicago walls and stay included.
