TV Mounting in Lincolnwood

A small, well-kept suburb bordering West Ridge, home to the Lincolnwood Town Center and quiet residential blocks of brick ranch homes and newer construction alike.

Same published prices as everywhere else we serve: $100 for TVs up to 55″, $125 for 56″–74″ and $150 for 75″ and up, with mounting hardware included and no suburban premium for Lincolnwood. Bigger TVs take more care to lift and level, so we price in three simple size steps, published up front. The wall still doesn't change the price, except tile (+$50). On a 75″ or larger TV, lend a hand with the lift at no charge, or we bring a second installer for +$75 per visit. Every install carries our lifetime warranty — if a TV we mounted ever comes loose, sags or goes off level, we come back and fix it free — and we're insured. Optional add-ons like a tilting or full-motion mount, in-wall wire concealment, or soundbar mounting are available if you want them.

Homes in Lincolnwood

Lincolnwood's blocks are heavy on mid-century brick: long ranches and split-levels from the 1950s and 60s, with larger custom homes and newer construction scattered among them. The ranches typically have 8-foot ceilings, so keeping the TV close to seated eye level matters, and the wide living rooms give you a choice of walls. Walls are plaster or drywall over wood studs. Some of these homes have a floor-to-ceiling brick fireplace wall, and we anchor straight into that brick. In the newer houses, drywall on wood framing usually makes it simple to run wires inside the wall and add an outlet behind the TV.

Just Moved to Lincolnwood?

A Lincolnwood ranch gives you plenty of wall to work with, and often a long finished basement too. Common spots in these homes are the living or family room, the primary bedroom, the basement, a home office and a TV near the kitchen. Booking every TV for one visit lets us plan the wiring for the whole house at once, before furniture decides where things have to go, and you're not living with half-finished rooms while you wait on a second appointment. If the house needs better Wi-Fi for all those screens, mention that too. Send the full list together.

Shelves, pictures, or furniture assembly during the same visit — $80/hr, billed on site in 1-hour increments. Not included in the install total below.

Is Any Of This Going On Tile?

Tile is the one wall that costs extra — $50 per TV. It destroys drill bits, and it's the only surcharge we have. Plaster, brick and metal studs are all normal Chicago walls and stay included.

Frequently Asked

Can you hide the wires on the brick fireplace wall in my Lincolnwood ranch?
Not inside the brick itself, since solid masonry can't have cables fished through it. The usual options are a paintable raceway strip along the brick (+$35), routing through a framed wall beside the fireplace if there is one, or placing your equipment so short cables drop straight behind a console. We'll look at it in person and tell you what's realistic.
Our Lincolnwood basement runs the length of the house. Can you fix weak Wi-Fi down there?
Yes. We install Ubiquiti whole-home Wi-Fi, which uses access points placed around the house so the basement and far bedrooms get a strong signal, not just the room with the router. Streaming TVs are where weak Wi-Fi shows up first, so it's worth mentioning when you book your TV installs.
Do you install TVs in Lincolnwood?
Yes — we install and mount TVs throughout Lincolnwood and the surrounding area, usually with same-day or next-day availability.
How much does TV mounting cost in Lincolnwood?
TV mounting is $100 for TVs up to 55″, $125 for 56″–74″ and $150 for 75″ and up, with a lifetime warranty on every install — no suburban upcharge. For 75″ and up, lend a hand with the lift at no charge, or we bring a second installer for +$75 per visit. The wall doesn't change the price except tile (+$50), and optional add-ons like a tilting or full-motion mount or in-wall wire concealment are priced separately.
