Home to the Old Irving Park Historic District, with grand vintage homes alongside more modest bungalows near the Kennedy Expressway. Whatever era your home is from, we've got hardware that fits it.
Same published prices as everywhere else we serve: $100 for TVs up to 55″, $125 for 56″–74″ and $150 for 75″ and up, with mounting hardware included and no trip fee for Irving Park. Bigger TVs take more care to lift and level, so we price in three simple size steps, published up front. The wall still doesn't change the price, except tile (+$50). On a 75″ or larger TV, lend a hand with the lift at no charge, or we bring a second installer for +$75 per visit. Every install carries our lifetime warranty — if a TV we mounted ever comes loose, sags or goes off level, we come back and fix it free — and we're insured. Optional add-ons like a tilting or full-motion mount, in-wall wire concealment, or soundbar mounting are available if you want them.

Homes in Irving Park
Irving Park began as a railroad suburb before Chicago annexed it, and its oldest streets still show that: frame Victorians and foursquares with tall ceilings, plaster on wood lath and, in many houses, balloon framing, where the wall cavities run from the basement up to the attic. Other parts of the neighborhood, including the Villa District, are known for bungalows. In the old frame houses we locate studs by testing rather than guessing, because the spacing can be uneven, and we check for old wiring or blocking inside a wall before pulling any cable through it.
Just Moved to Irving Park?
Big older houses in Irving Park have plenty of rooms that could take a TV: the front parlor, a back den, several bedrooms upstairs, and sometimes a third-floor room or an enclosed sunporch. When you move in, pick the ones you'll really use and have them done in the same visit. The wire paths get worked out for the whole house at once, walls are opened one time, and the mounting is finished before rugs, curtains and heavy furniture make the rooms harder to work in. The online form takes up to five TVs, so list them all.

While We're There — Hourly Add-Ons
Shelves, pictures, or furniture assembly during the same visit — $80/hr, billed on site in 1-hour increments. Not included in the install total below.
Is Any Of This Going On Tile?
Tile is the one wall that costs extra — $50 per TV. It destroys drill bits, and it's the only surcharge we have. Plaster, brick and metal studs are all normal Chicago walls and stay included.
