Is Any Of This Going On Tile?

Tile is the one wall that costs extra — $50 per TV. It destroys drill bits, and it's the only surcharge we have. Plaster, brick and metal studs are all normal Chicago walls and stay included.

Our living room has only one wall without a window or door. Will it hold a big TV on a full-motion arm?
If we anchor into the studs, yes. A full-motion mount (+$100) puts more leverage on the wall than a flat mount, so we hang it on solid framing or masonry, never on plaster or drywall alone. If the studs aren't where the TV needs to be, many mounts let the screen slide sideways on the wall plate to center it.
While you're mounting the TVs, can you also hang shelves, mirrors and pictures?
Yes. During the same visit, shelves, pictures, mirrors and furniture assembly are $80 per hour.
