Home to the South Loop, Printers Row's converted lofts, and the Museum Campus along the lakefront. A mix of historic loft conversions and new-construction high-rises, all served at the same published prices.
Same published prices as everywhere else we serve: $100 for TVs up to 55″, $125 for 56″–74″ and $150 for 75″ and up, with mounting hardware included and no trip fee for Near South Side. Bigger TVs take more care to lift and level, so we price in three simple size steps, published up front. The wall still doesn't change the price, except tile (+$50). On a 75″ or larger TV, lend a hand with the lift at no charge, or we bring a second installer for +$75 per visit. Every install carries our lifetime warranty — if a TV we mounted ever comes loose, sags or goes off level, we come back and fix it free — and we're insured. Optional add-ons like a tilting or full-motion mount, in-wall wire concealment, or soundbar mounting are available if you want them.

Homes in Near South Side
A lot of the South Loop's housing is newer than people expect. Around Prairie Avenue and the Central Station area, much of it went up from the 1990s on: three- and four-story townhomes with drywall over wood framing, plus mid-rise and high-rise condo buildings. Townhomes are the friendliest walls in the area for hiding wires, since the cavities between studs are open, though fire blocking between floors can stop a long run. In the towers, the wall you want may be a concrete column or a metal-stud partition, and we choose anchors only after confirming which.
Just Moved to Near South Side?
South Loop townhomes stack their rooms: often a den or office by the garage on the ground floor, the living room on the next level, and bedrooms above that. Count them up and four or five TV spots across three floors is normal, and it makes sense to wire and mount them in one visit, ideally before the movers carry furniture up and while the walls are still bare. One appointment also means hauling tools up the stairs once, not on several separate days. Condo buyers in the nearby towers get the same benefit within a single move-in elevator reservation. Add every floor's TVs to the same booking.

While We're There — Hourly Add-Ons
Shelves, pictures, or furniture assembly during the same visit — $80/hr, billed on site in 1-hour increments. Not included in the install total below.
Is Any Of This Going On Tile?
Tile is the one wall that costs extra — $50 per TV. It destroys drill bits, and it's the only surcharge we have. Plaster, brick and metal studs are all normal Chicago walls and stay included.
Text me a reminder the day before my appointment (msg & data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out). See our Privacy Policy. Optional — you'll still be booked either way.
