📞 (630) 592-2982TV Mounting in Near North Side
Covers the Magnificent Mile, River North, Gold Coast, Streeterville, and Old Town — some of the densest high-rise living in the city. Concrete walls, steel studs, elevator buildings — we bring the right anchors every time.
Same published prices as everywhere else we serve: $100 for TVs up to 55″, $125 for 56″–74″ and $150 for 75″ and up, with mounting hardware included and no trip fee for Near North Side. Bigger TVs take more care to lift and level, so we price in three simple size steps, published up front. The wall still doesn't change the price, except tile (+$50). On a 75″ or larger TV, lend a hand with the lift at no charge, or we bring a second installer for +$75 per visit. Every install carries our lifetime warranty — if a TV we mounted ever comes loose, sags or goes off level, we come back and fix it free — and we're insured. Optional add-ons like a tilting or full-motion mount, in-wall wire concealment, or soundbar mounting are available if you want them.

Homes in Near North Side
The Near North Side packs very different buildings into a small area. Old Town has Victorian cottages and row houses, many built in the decades after the 1871 fire, with plaster walls and narrow rooms. The Gold Coast mixes brick and stone mansions and row houses, including along Astor Street, with vintage co-op buildings by the lake that have plaster interiors. River North has warehouse lofts with brick and timber, and Streeterville is largely high-rise towers with window walls. For mounting, that means finding studs behind plaster on one job, masonry anchors in a loft on the next, and in towers, a careful look at which walls aren't glass.
Just Moved to Near North Side?
In a Streeterville or River North condo, the view usually decides the furniture, and the furniture decides the TV wall. Settle all of it in one pass: living room, primary bedroom, a den or office, maybe a second bedroom for guests. Mounting during move-in week means the installer works in open rooms, cables can go inside metal-stud partitions before art and shelves cover them, and the front desk only has to log one contractor visit. In an Old Town house the logic is the same, just with more stairs. Put all the screens on a single booking (up to five) and they'll be done in one appointment.

Shelves, pictures, or furniture assembly during the same visit — $80/hr, billed on site in 1-hour increments. Not included in the install total below.
Is Any Of This Going On Tile?
Tile is the one wall that costs extra — $50 per TV. It destroys drill bits, and it's the only surcharge we have. Plaster, brick and metal studs are all normal Chicago walls and stay included.
