Home to Chicago's Chinatown and the White Sox' home ballpark, with a tight mix of two-flats and newer construction near Wentworth Avenue. Compact neighborhood, same reliable install from $100.
Same published prices as everywhere else we serve: $100 for TVs up to 55″, $125 for 56″–74″ and $150 for 75″ and up, with mounting hardware included and no trip fee for Armour Square. Bigger TVs take more care to lift and level, so we price in three simple size steps, published up front. The wall still doesn't change the price, except tile (+$50). On a 75″ or larger TV, lend a hand with the lift at no charge, or we bring a second installer for +$75 per visit. Every install carries our lifetime warranty — if a TV we mounted ever comes loose, sags or goes off level, we come back and fix it free — and we're insured. Optional add-ons like a tilting or full-motion mount, in-wall wire concealment, or soundbar mounting are available if you want them.

Homes in Armour Square
Housing in Armour Square runs from old brick two-flats and cottages on the side streets to newer townhomes and condo buildings in and around Chinatown. The older buildings have plaster walls, brick exteriors and often a basement unit; the newer ones are drywall over wood or metal framing. That split matters most for wiring. In a newer townhome, cables can usually run inside the wall to a plate behind the TV, while in an old two-flat with plaster on brick, a surface raceway is often the practical choice. We check which you have before recommending either.
Just Moved to Armour Square?
Townhomes here often spread over three floors, which puts TVs in a ground-level family room, the main living room, the primary bedroom and usually a second bedroom. In a two-flat, the garden unit or basement adds another spot. It's the kind of home where four or five TVs add up fast, and doing them together means planning the cable runs once, mounting before the shelves and family photos go up, and blocking out only one day. Fill in every TV on the booking form; it takes five.

While We're There — Hourly Add-Ons
Shelves, pictures, or furniture assembly during the same visit — $80/hr, billed on site in 1-hour increments. Not included in the install total below.
Is Any Of This Going On Tile?
Tile is the one wall that costs extra — $50 per TV. It destroys drill bits, and it's the only surcharge we have. Plaster, brick and metal studs are all normal Chicago walls and stay included.
