What's New
We're always improving how easy it is to book, prepare for, and pay for your TV installation. Here's what we've recently added.
More than TVs: service calls, cameras & Wi-Fi
We've opened up our Other Services: A/V service calls (a receiver that stopped talking to the TV, a soundbar that needs rewiring, gear that needs to move), security camera installs, and Ubiquiti networking for whole-home Wi-Fi that actually reaches every room. We confirm the scope — and that it's a job we can finish — before we ever book the appointment.
Shelf & picture hanging, furniture assembly
While we're already at your place with the stud finder and the level out, we'll hang floating shelves, mirrors, and gallery walls, or put together that flat-pack dresser — $80/hour, billed on site for the time it actually takes. Add it to any install so it's one visit instead of two.
Send photos with your estimate request
Every estimate now comes with a private link where you can send photos of the wall, the fireplace, or the gear you already have, plus any notes about the job. A quick look at the actual space means a more accurate price up front and fewer surprises on install day.
Light mode and dark mode
The whole site now has a light/dark toggle in the corner and follows your phone or laptop's own setting by default — easier on the eyes whether you're browsing in bed or out in the sun.
We now speak your language
Our entire website, online booking, and appointment confirmations are now available in English, Spanish, and Polish. Call our number and press 1 for English, 2 for español, or 3 for polski — even if we miss your call, you'll get a text back in the language you chose.

Install-prep chat for non-English speakers
If you booked in Spanish or Polish, we'll text you a link before your appointment to confirm details like TV height, what's underneath it, and centering — all in your own language — so your installer shows up ready to do exactly what you want, no miscommunication.
Live online booking
Chat with our AI assistant at shop.tvserviceschicago.com to see real, open appointment slots and book instantly — no back-and-forth needed. You'll get a text reminder the day before your appointment, and an email receipt as soon as the job's done.
New mount options
Beyond standard wall mounts: MantelMount pull-down mounts for over the fireplace — $350 install labor for TVs 65" and under ($500 over 65"), plus the mount at MantelMount's retail price as an authorized dealer — and a hand-made Pillar Mount ($300 installed, one-week lead time).
